Should have hired them earlier!
I am generally a distrustful person and thought that most of these reviews were generated by Hauseit or their relatives/friends. How else to explain such consistent positive reviews. After 4 agonizing weeks of open houses and zero offers we took a chance and hired them. The next week, we got offers and are now in contract negotiations at a price that we are very pleased with. Chris was amazing and went above and beyond what I expected. He was very responsive and patiently explained eveything. Don't wait four weeks, hire this company immediately! They are definitely worth it!

Excellent service and lead generation
Hauseit provided excellent service starting with walking me through the steps of using their service, then to posting the listing, then to getting an accepted offer. Its service made a big difference with the FSOB process. It is as effective as described on its website. I have been recommending its service to my friends who are interested in doing FSOB themselves.

Hey Denny, as a successful NYC FSBO seller your support is greatly appreciated. Please be sure to share your FSBO success story with family and friends so that everyone has the knowledge and courage to sell by owner in NYC without a traditional listing agent. As I'm sure you can agree, the commission savings you achieved from working through Hauseit vs. using a traditional 6% listing agent are substantial! Thanks, Team Hauseit http://hauseit.com FSBO 2.0 #hauseit #savesixpercent #nyccommissionrebate

Hauseit takes the angst out of FSBO!
We saved a ton of money, but we also were spared a ton of aggravation. Hauseit sent a great photographer and got our apartment listed on all the sites that count within a day or two. The person that helped us with the open house was fantastic and extremely professional. We had 3 offers that day, and are hoping to be in contract soon. Really, I couldn't recommend Hauseit's services more. I was very intimidated by the prospect of going FSBO, but with Hauseit, we never felt like we were alone. Entirely worth the very reasonable fee.

Life Saviour - Saved 60k on Sale
Thank you Hauseit. Indeed, the time I spent googling "FSBO" and "sell broker free" paid off. I landed on the Hauseit page, utilized their services, and my property was listed the same day. Did not even have to fly across the pond to get it done. Saved a ridiculous amount of dollars. Very pleased. Would recommend.

Dear Ellen - We certainly enjoyed working with you on your FSBO condo sale here in New York City. As I'm sure you know, the typical residential real estate commission in London is a fraction of what it is in New York City. The cities are comparable in so many ways, but when it comes to residential real estate commissions the difference is staggering. We actually wrote about this on the Hauseit blog recently, see below for a good read! Thanks again for working with the Hauseit team! Excellent Service
Hauseit worked exactly as advertised. We sold our NYC apartment after one very well attended open house. About half of our potential purchasers came in without a broker and we sold the apartment to one of them thus avoiding even a small broker fee. Hauseit was a pleasure to deal with as well. Every step of the way, Nick answered all my emails almost instantly and made the process as easy as possible. I have already sung the praises of this company to others in my building. They did a fantastic job.

Matthew, we really appreciate the kind words. It was truly wonderful working with such a professional NYC FSBO seller as yourself. It's always nice when our FSBO NYC clients manage to sell to an unrepresented buyer and avoid paying any % commission whatsoever! NYC seller closing costs (see below) are already steep enough without having to worry about paying 6% to an agent! Learn more about NYC closing costs here: https://www.hauseit.com/closing-costs-nyc/

Excellent service, flat rate!
I signed up for Hauseit after listing my apt for a week and getting 90% broker interest. After Hauseit listed my apartment on its sites, I had an open house, and ended up getting 5 offers (and I'm currently in contract), all near or above my asking price. Amazing deal, and I'd recommend them to everyone.

Thanks so much for working with us on your NYC FSBO (For Sale by Owner) transaction ! Your success is a testament to the fact that it's no longer a requirement to pay 6% to a listing agent when you want to sell a co-op or condo in NYC. Seller closing costs in NYC are already high enough without having to worry about paying another 6% to a NYC listing agent: http://www.hauseit.com/closing-costs-nyc/ ‪#fsbonyc #commissionrebate ‪#‎sellbyowner‬ ‪#‎realestate‬ ‪#‎nyc‬ ‪#‎forsalebyowner‬ ‪#‎home‬ ‪#‎agentmanaged‬ ‪#‎FSBO #homebuyerdiscount #buyersagentcommissionrebate Say No to 6% commission with the help of http://www.hauseit.com

Great concept and execution
My experience working with the Hauseit team to sell my property was seamless and pleasant. The listing service, photography package and website were all money well spent. Communication was always prompt and professional. I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of selling their property without a broker.

I highly recommend Hauseit
I am about to enter into contract for the sale of my coop apartment in New York, less than 3 weeks after having started my listing through Hauseit. Nick and Xhris were very helpful in preparing the listing and in advising me, and they were always reachable when needed. Françoise Richards
