The leaf blower and trimmer is light weight and easy to handle for a long period

I just updated this from one-star to two-stars; only because my wife spent nearly 2 hours on the phone, on hold and talking with 3 different people before finally being told a replacement is being shipped. If it indeed arrives as promised, I'll give it another star. Earlier review: I'm in the same boat as I see many others are. Their Service Support is horrible. I bought a weed trimmer and on the 2nd use, it stopped. I have my receipt, provided the model and serial numbers and was referred to a somewhat local service center. That center isn't getting anything out of them to repair or replace it. It's been 5 months since I dropped it off there! I've had numerous back & forth emails with their "support team" (different rep every time) and get nothing but, "Happy to help...will get back to you...sorry for the inconvenience" and nothing happens. I guess they want me to give up and go away. Glad I didn't waste money on one of their lawnmowers!

Bought a HART upright vacuum cleaner for my daughter, a year and a half later the vacuum smelled like burning and I found the bearing on the brush roller frozen and melted into the brush, no problem, I'm a dad just order a new one, BUT! wait was informed by their customer service they don't carry parts for this vacuum anymore! Period, No parts not a hepa filter sponge filter or brush roller ( a replaceable part on any vacuum I've ever purchased! Totally unacceptable!

What I like about the trimmer is the length of the weed eater. what I dislike is the functionality of how to convert into and edger, and how to operate the auto wind feeder.

I just bought a pole hedge trimmer and havent had it long enough to really see how irs going to be so if it is real good i will update my review but it us bad and i hsve problems i wont call hart because readung all the other reviews they dont answer the phone so i will call some one who does answer the phone and that is the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and file a complaint with them maybe all the other people should call them also again if it goes ok i will change my review from 3 to what ever.

This drill does not have a light, and with my projects a light would be a big help

I am very disappointed in the product that I bought. My husband and I bought a 40 volt weed eater and it burned up the second time using it and almost caught fire! I will never buy another hart tool because of this. Honestly it was pretty scary...
