They are cheaper than other clinics. But you get what you pay for. This company is so disorganized. They even send out broken bottles. Not impressed at all. Will be switching. They have caused me to go without test for weeks. They call and make promises and do nothing when they get off the phone.

This company is a scam. Charge $229 a month for prescriptions and a couple calls. And on top of that you have to pay for your own bloodwork. Plus I told them I want to quit the program and they are still charging my card. I have spent over $800 for nothing. A regular checkup and blood work at my doctor would not be that much. Do not fall for it.

I paid for a year upfront, and I've regretted it every day! They've screwed up my order countless times. They don't follow up with me. I have to initiate the contact every single time, although they never answer a call - only text if I'm lucky. They haven't scheduled or contacted me about follow-up labs that are included in my purchase. It's been the absolute worst experience! You are only $ to this company - nothing more. Zero business ethics! I should've never left Fountain.

This company is shady. The owner if you don't agree with something he says on TikTok he we'll just block you. There's way better companies than this shady dude.

Great marketing. Lots of education from the social media and I felt super confident going into the process. But ended up being all talk and no show. Never got a call for my meeting that I booked through the guys social media. I then rescheduled and double-checked my phone number and email address. Finally (the 2nd time around), I received a call and the guy was just monotone, rude, and clearly late to his next call. I don't even think he was a doctor even though he answered all of my medical questions. Half the time he just sounded distracted and uninterested in what I had to say. This was disheartening because it can be stressful to talk about a medical condition that's been bothering me for so long... I told him I live in a rural town in South Dakota, and he told me that they can always find a lab for their patients to go to. Never did I get a follow-up with what my options were. Five stars to their marketing, but one star for my experience.

Their compounding pharmacies are terrible and ship warm meds. Strive in particular has been known for this. It honestly seems like they just decided to capitalize on the demand for compounded GLP1s and auto setup a company through WeTreat with no thought to patient care or wellbeing. I don’t trust them. UPDATE: They responded and allege they do not use Strive. However, when I wrote this review, that pharmacy was listed as their partner on their website. I also found their TikTok account, GLP1 GURU, and the main person promoting their products looks like a typical gym peptide enthusiast who creates content just for attention. There are far better companies out there—literally any of them. Run.
