Jack, We sent your package to the address you input into our system when you placed your order. Perhaps you should check with the post office and see why I'm not sure why the post office would tell you our address is invalid, all you had to do is look us up online. Our address is 570 S. 4th Street Fulton, NY 13069 or call us at 315-887-5199. As soon as we receive the package back we will issue your refund. Refund processing takes up to 30 after the product is received. I'm not sure what you would complain to the BBB or Consumer Affairs about, you placed the order, we fulfilled it and sent it to you. We DO NOT put in the shipping address, the customer does that when they check out on our website.
