Love this feeder! It's saved us so much time (vs. the tedious ice pack feeders) and my cat loves having her meals at an exact consistent time every day.

Hi Holly, Thank you so much for your review. Consistent feeding schedules can be crucial. I'm glad we've rescued you from ice packs!!
Shipped on time, everything worked out of the box. Now my cat can live on a 100% wet food diet, and I don't have to be up at the break of dawn to feed her.

Hi Cody, this is awesome to hear and exactly why we developed SoCool. We want to do the best for our pets but also reality is sometimes humans have to do things away from home or actually may want to sleep a little more after working our tails off! SoCool is just as much for them as it is for ourselves.
Received product fast. Customer service responds quickly. As for quality and durability of device, only time will tell.

Such a great investment. No hiccups, keeps wet food fresh, and allows me to set up smaller wet meals for my kitties. I just bought my second one for my two cats. Love it!

Hi Sara, Thank you very much for sharing this! We love hearing how SoCool has made fresh feeding easier for you and your kitties. It’s wonderful to know it’s working smoothly and that you’ve come back for a second one. We’re so glad your enjoying more freedom with SoCool....you’ve made our day!
This cat feeder has been worth every penny. I have been waiting for a long time for a truly refrigerating feeder as my little guy is on a raw diet and keeping his food cool is therefore critical. I've been using this feeder for roughly 7 months and it's held up excellently, given me no problems, has an easy to navigate app, and has performed exactly as described. I love this feeder for the flexibility and peace of mind it has given me. Thanks so much Happy Llama Tech team!!

Thank you so much for your kind words and support, You have no idea how proud we feel when we read feedback like this!
I just received my refrigerated cat feeder today and I am so impressed with the product and your company! The feeder quality is way beyond my expectations and the set-up was such a breeze. Additionally, your costumer services has been professional and truly exceptional throughout the ordering process. Your feeder has provided me comfort and with a sense of freedom to enjoy a weekend away or a late night out without having to employ the services of a cat sitter or to rush home for a cat feeding.

This team went above and beyond expectations and want to thank them for their kindness and understanding. They were super quick to respond to a unit failure issue and a new unit out to my baby girl in almost no time at all. Wonderful customer service and in addition a very impressive concept and device! Highly recommend all the way around.

Hi Kimberly, Thank you so much for your kind review it really means a lot to us. It makes us incredibly proud to see outcomes like this! The reality is, we’re pet parents and consumers too, and we’ve experienced our fair share of less-than-stellar customer service over the years. That’s exactly why we’re so committed to delivering high-quality work and treating others the way we would want to be treated. Thanks again for your support!
