From purchasing the hanstrom hot tap to it being fitted, has been a smooth process. We were recommended Hanstrom when we were looking for a hot tap and are glad we went with the recommendation. We use the hot tap everyday. The ease and quickness of the hot tap is great, especially to make those cups of tea for on the go, last minute.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. When I called to say my tap was leaking all i had to do was send in a video and another one was despatched the next day. So happy with the service and the product.
