I want to support the mission of Hand in Hand Soap. But initially I was a littIe disappointed by my last purchase. I got the sugar scrub. I previously got it when it came in a glass jar. It now comes in a 6oz tube. I had no idea how much product = 6oz and was disappointed at how little it seemed to be. I wrote to customer service and they responded immediately. They assured me there was 6oz in each tube, that air was needed in the tube in order for the product to get out easily and that by changing from glass to a tube they were able to remove a preservative. They also provided a special offer for an additional tube of the sugar scrub. They couldn't have been more responsive and it is clear to me that they truly care about customer satisfaction. A great product and people who care - you can't ask for much more than that.

Renee, Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us! We appreciate your honest feedback. All of our products are measured by the ounce, so rest assured that your 6 oz sugar scrub contains 6 oz of product. You may have noticed that there is some air within the tubes. This is totally normal! All of our products need this cushion of air in order for the product to get out of the tube easily, so that it is right there when you need it! Since we transitioned from the glass jars to the tubes, we've been able to remove a preservative from our sugar scrubs, making them even more skin-friendly. In addition, we've found that having our products in tubes makes them more shower-friendly and easy to handle in wet conditions. Check your inbox, we sent you a message with more information! Best, Lorelle Hand in Hand Soap
I really love the products and their mission, but I felt like the sugar scrub and lotions that I received did not seem full. It was disappointing to see that after only one use the tubes seemed about half full. Love the smell of sea salt!!!

Terry, Thanks for your feedback! We strive to create products that feel great, do good, and leave your skin feeling (and looking) amazing! We formulate our lotions to be light and quick absorbing, so that you can moisturize, then move on! Many of our customers love the fast-absorbing quality of our lotion. We recommend using our sugar scrub to deeply moisturize your skin, then applying a lighter layer of lotion so that it absorbs even faster. A little goes a long way in achieving soft, supple skin! These soap products smell so wonderful and feel so smooth! I would highly recommend them to anyone! The Thoughtfulness of the company’s mission to take care of children is an added bonus to this wonderful product!

Stacey, Thanks so much! It is thanks to our amazing customers that we have been able to deliver One Million Bars to children in Haiti since 2011. We cannot do what we do without you! Best, Lorelle Hand in Hand Soap
I absolutely am in love with the sugar scrub!! I just bought one of every scent! I first tried the product in my Spring FabFitFun box and from then on out I have used and loved the product! I love the fact that when I purchase a bottle of the sugar scrub a child gets a bar of soap along with a month of drinking water. When companies help other people out then I will always order from them!!

I am so impressed with this product. I try A LOT of soaps, and Hand in Hand has a great line. Each product enhances the other, from the body scrub to the body wash to the lotion. The scent is very light but so beautiful. Your skin is left feeling wrapped in luxury. There are not many products I will continue to buy, but this is one of them!
