I called the main phone number for Koala Products, and they referred me to this company. It was easy to order and I placed a call for additional questions and it was a real person. Super professional.

Ordering was quick and easy. Last order was received quickly. I had an issue with a motor, and they sent me a new motor before I sent the bad motor back. Very knowledgeable.
