Rather slow

communication and feedback we gave by accident the wrong shipping address and found it impossible to correct afterwards…or to change the way of shipping . As the website is complicated to navigate through… At the end we received a reaction with the modified address.. Let’s wait and see what happens now..

Rotary toolmworks great.

Good quality products and a straightforward and speedy transaction. Shipping was fast. Product was packed well enough for USPS shipping. For a first experience, pretty damned good, however, rotation is industry incorrect. Forward is actually reverse, so you have to change direction right after startup. Burs only cut in one direction, the industry standard forward. Shame, great otherwise.
