fast delivery, product design are excellent.

Delivery was perfect and the rotary tool is great value for money but there were a few issues that were apparent when I first used the tool. Initially the chuck release was fused and was very difficult to unlock, I had to spray WD40 oil into the mechanism and carefully use multi grips to rotate the chuck release to get it to unlock. The tool then worked fine. I would also second another review that the default direction of rotation is incorrect, it rotates towards the user rather than away from the user so a direction change is always needed when first using the tool.
