She was patient with us as she probably fixed the reason we ordered an upgraded collar. We will still get the Halo 3 as it should do better with the active GPS antenna in our wooded area. She walked us through GPS settings which we didn't even know about.

My experience with customer service has been positive. But my collar stopped working after two months and unfortunately it will be nearly a month before I will get a replacement.
