Purchased the Halo collars and have been working to get them up and running. While I have struggled to get everything working effectively, it has been user error every step of the way. The Halo Dog Park has been incredibly helpful in offering solutions both in terms of getting the collars to be more accurate and getting my dogs trained. The suggested training system was not working, but Ricky W offered some great ideas for getting my dogs trained up. Super thankful for the Dog Park option which offers quick and helpful advice!

Ricky was a great help today when I called with an issue. We love the halo collar and the freedom it gives our fur baby. I have recommended them to friends and family already and they are also thrilled they invested in the collar. I do wish they had express shipping on replacement parts. Thank you halo and staff for keeping our 4 legged family members safe!!

Tiffany was very helpful and tried to get the answers on why Amazon Prime Day deal is stating Halo is $549 but on Amazon it is actually not taking the discount and is charging me $599. She is doing a follow up but was amazing. We love our first Halo collar we are getting a second one for our smaller dog.
