I purchased a Halo Collar 2 years ago and have been unable to get consistent feedback on the collar. I reached out to the Halo support team for assistance. Although they were quick to respond and provided possible solutions, the collar continued to have issues with the repsonse time on feedback. Sometimes it never responded and other times there was a delayed response after crossing the boundaries. I spent MUCH money on the collar and subscription, and I was never able to utilize the collar. Ultimately, Halo's suggestion was for me to buy another collar since my warranty has expired (by 4 months), even though the data shows the collar has not been used. I cannot suggest this product because it does not offer a reliable solution for keeping my dog safe.

We love our 3 halo collars! We live on 18 wooded acres in the middle of nowhere and they work perfectly. The only time i had an issue with one collar the “dog park” helped me update my gps settings. Has been great since! Our three dogs love having freedom and we love knowing where they are. If my other 3 dogs were over 20 lbs i would get them one also.

I have a very energetic two year old Golden Doodle that wants to be in charge and lead. The Halo Collar has been the perfect training tool to help me get her attention and teach her boundaries. We are still working through her training, but after using several weeks I am able to let her off leash to enjoy running around our yard. She occasionally still goes outside the fence boundary but instantly comes back. This is not a quick fix but perfect for the person willing to put in the time to train their dog while building a relationship where your dog responds to you. My dog is enjoying her new freedom as much as I am.

Works as advertised and the dogs love it. Customer service has been great with a warranty handled quickly and they got my dogs collar back to me super quick.
