Our halo collar disconnected and we weren’t able to reconnect it. We have tried multiple different routes to try and reconnect it but nothing has worked. We have talked to two different people associated with halo in customer service. They have been really polite and helpful but unfortunately we still haven’t been able to get it to connect.

Quick response to my question/concern in regards to an email alert I received about a motion sensor issue on both my collars.

Samantha helped me today and she made it super easy. Every time I have had to deal with customer service it has been a great experience. Keep up the good work.

I bought 2 of these collars and the tile to give direct feedback. First off the collars barely last a day, if you try to use you’re phone to give the dog a whistle or beep while walking them it tries to use Bluetooth while they are close and when they start to get further away it tries to switch to WiFi and by that time they are gone. Bought the tile to try instead of the phone and I can give them a whistle but it is extremely quiet even turned the whole way up and not able to send alert with tile without switching setup on phone. As a fence they work ok but that is all. Extremely dissatisfied and I have called customer support and tried the updates and buying extra bits and pieces with no change in results. Now I’m out of my 90 days and I have 2 collars that are little more then an extremely complicated invisible fence that only works half the time and needs constantly charged.
