Classes are great. The training is thorough! Tough getting two dogs done at once but once they get the gist of what’s going on starts going smooth. Customer service is always there to help.

Halo has worked great for us. We received the collar on Oct. I was nervous due to our field/woods having dead cellular spots, but so far no issues. My GSP has responded well to the collar alerts. We got this collar since I would no longer be working from home and didn’t want to keep him crated.

They have great customer service and being available for help when needed. Friendly service people. Love the collar and the freedom it gives my dog!

Initially I loved the collar. The past month or two, the collar shocks my dog when he is nowhere near the boundary. He has a couple acres of run area and can be standing in the middle. The collar thinks he is outside the boundary. I think it is terrible. Happens a couple times a week. I keep trying to make it work properly and after I try something new - WHAM it does it again. Now i have fences turned off but keep the collar on to track him. NOT what it is supposed to be used for. FRUSTRATED.

I love the halo collar. I purchased 2 of them for my big dogs and they have been working really well for us. If battery life was better I’d give 5 stars. I get about 12 hours before I have to charge them.

The return and replacement was flawless!!! Really appreciated being able to keep the old collar until the new one arrived!!

Halo is a GREAT product. I've had buried wire fences systems in the past. They work great. My dogs enjoy them too. These fences provide freedom to my dogs and to me. I can let them out of the house or even go to the store for hours knowing they are safe and enjoying their freedom. Dogs need to play and explore. They don't need to be inside laying around all day. Halo takes the containment concept to a whole new level. Now not only does it safely warn and keep my dogs in their yard, it also alerts me when they try to explore outside the boundary lines. Plus, if for some reason they stay outside the boundary lines, the GPS tracking shows me exactly where to find them. At any time whether they are outside the boundary lines or not, I can look at my phone and see exactly where they are. I can even summon them home with a touch of a button. I recently moved to a new house. My yard is about an acre, plus I live on a lake. I had an in ground fence system that I brought with me from the old house. My old system was actually one of the best and most expensive on the market today. My intent was to install it at my new location. By the time I added the cost of the wire and the time it takes to properly trench in the wire under ground, the cost of the Halo is a much better deal. When you add in all the other benefits that Halo provides my decision was easy. Also---with Halo it was easy to extend the boundary lines out into the lake. My dog loves to swim after ducks. Halo won't allow her to swim too far. I've only had the collar a month. My only concern is the collar's longevity. Time will tell. But---inground fences have their problems as weel. Lightning strikes took out my system 2 or 3 times of a 10 year period costing me money. The wire broke 2-3 times during that period as well costing me money and hours of frustration trying to locate the break. So far Halo ended all that frustration

The gps isn’t accurate enough and inside the house the collar goes off when it leaves beacon range.
