The app is easy to use, the training is extremely informative. It is nice to know my pets are safe wherever I go with the ability to creat fences anywhere. Customer service is excellent as well. I can’t wait to get my new collar protector.

I got approved for a warranty replacement. I mailed my old collar off and it got delivered to Halo. It’s been over a week and haven’t heard anything or received my replacement even though I was told it would ship once I put my old one in the mail. I just get these survey emails like I just bought a new one.

Our Halo collar was confusing to set up at first but once I got the hang of it setting up fences was a breeze. The contacts come loose so you need to check them often. But when we lost one customer service was exceptional and new ones were sent. We then had a contact break off such that we could replace and again customer service was exceptional and a new collar was sent as it was under warranty. I didn’t have to set up a new fence. I simply had to pair the new collar with existing fence. We are having a bit of trouble when we take the collar off the charger that it alerts us our dog is out of her boundaries. We take the collar outside and it recallabrates and all is well.

While the Halo collar did not work out for my dog, customer service and returning the product was very simple and quick. I really liked the idea of a wireless collar but the GPS was often not working consistently as designed. My dog received corrections at the wrong times. The app does have very helpful text support to answer questions. I’m giving the product 4 stars because of the GPS.

I’m on my third collar first two broke. But the third one has been awesome and I love it and I trust it 100%.

We enjoyed it while it worked but almost every day it would show my dog outside of his fence and buzz him uncontrollably.

Halo collar is an excellent product. It keeps our Great Dane contained to our 7 acre property. The only challenge is that occasionally the GPS feature is off enough that she gets warning signals when she is not near to boundary.

I have a large dog that won't stay in our fence but since we have had the collar we can leave him out while gone and not have to worry about him leaving our property.
