This product is junk. It shocks my dogs even when they are yards from the fence line. I spent 2K on this crap. And they also charge monthly for an app.

I thought I was buying a a feedback collar that can easily make a digital fence on your phone — But instead this is a full training class. You have to complete 12 in-depth lessons to teach your dog how to use it. And, of course, I appreciate proper training and patience, but this app is cumbersome and counter-intuitive. My $700 investment has been sitting on my counter for literally 13 months. I have tried to use the app many times and have been frustrated each time. It is hard to navigate and it is a great journey every time I want to access my “pet card.” Like where is it? I even asked my husband to help with navigating it since it’s so not-user-friendly, and he was like, “oh, yeah, that’s all a lot…hmmm, I don’t want to invest the hours to figure that out, let’s buy a simple one at the store.” And I was like “right!” I am disappointed in this product and will be using another route to train my dog.

We would not have been able to have our Aussie in the mountains if not for the Halo collar. We can't build a fence on the rocky side hill or even bury a wire. This collar allows Molly to run free with no worries. Thank you.

We love the collar and the freedom it provides for us and our dog. The training videos were very good and with some patience our dog learned quickly and can now roam 15 acres of woods without us fearing she’s in a road or a neighbor’s property. I took one star off the review because the battery life is pretty short (we get about 10-11 hours max), and because the beacon that comes with the collar to keep the dog away from things in the house really never worked so we gave up on that part.

I thought my collar wasn't working, but it was user error. The Dog Park fixed it for me! This collar is a game changer for my dogs. It keeps them safe while allowing freedom. Love them!

Outstanding customer service, very responsive for any inquiry or issue we needed help with. This is a great produce for anyone who brings there dog with them to different places and wants to keep track of them.
