Great support- minor glitches resolved Devon, and the other support staff I've contacted were excellent. They were efficient, friendly, and very helpful.

Awesome support & easily addressed my issue. Jacqueline used a collar to confirm exactly what we needed. She was great! And it was a quick call, less than 10 mins including being on hold.

Cheap, poor quality. Broke in less than a year and warranty/replacements are impossible/a headache to figure out. Great idea, poor execution. Also making a solid property line is near impossible and takes multiple attempts. Unless you care to invest 600 every 6 months. Don't buy it.

Collars work great, and whenever an issue has occurred there customer service is top notch!!!

I had been living for years with invisible fence. It was expensive and breaks were common. If you called to fix it was another up charge and often 4 weeks before they could come out. Landscapers cut through the wire and couldn't find the break. Luca was on the run and I tried apple tag but was vague on location. My friend asked if I had heard of Halo and it was a quick lookup. It is amazing. Luca has not left once and I know exactly where he is at all times. I can even be at the door before he gets there! Love this thing

I love this product! My veternarian knew I was looking for a satellite fence and told about Halo Collar before the first one was delivered. I got on the list immediately. The product is amazing. We have 7 fences setup, our dog know just by first warning sound to stop. I have no idea how they know the "come home" whistle would make a dog run back to it owner, but it worked from the first time we ever used it. Halo support is unbeatable. Nearly instant face to face personal customer service is available whenever you have a question or concern. In my most recent experience with Sean, he had my question resolved in less than 5 minutes. I have recommended the product to 3 different friends and all of them love it too. It is hard to imagine life without it and even harder to imagine how anyone has ever rated this product less than 5 stars. It is the best use of satellite technology that I have seen for a very reasonable price.
