We have two Halo collars in our household and have always been very pleased. I reached out to support to get help replacing a part that isn't available for purchase online and Sean was very helpful, making sure that I'm able to get a replacement part as soon as possible.

Tim was super helpful and knowledgeable. Easy fix with replacing the charging cord. He will send a new bracket, charging cover and screw. He also helped figure out which collar cover I need to purchase. Tim was very courteous!

My experience with Halo has been 5 star from the beginning. I can honestly say never have I received this type of customer support nor found a product that remotely compares to the Halo collar. Sean R. was my representative both times I contacted support. It took less than a minute for a zoom call to take place. Both conversations were positive and he was able to help me not only set up the collar but provided ongoing support via email. Thank you Halo and Sean for your excellent customer support and a 5 star product!

Sean was very helpful, although he ended up sending it further for completion. He gave me the ability to log back in and gave me a complimentary 7 days while the issue is completed.
