My experience was exceptional. First time ever using Dog Park. Very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and patient with me. I was worried about my Halo Collar and she was able to walk me thru trouble shooting step by step.

This is amazing! We love to hear it.
Our collar stopped accepting a charge, but thankfully we recieved a new one through our warranty. We’ve had some trouble setting up the new collar, but Halo support has helped us work through any issues we’ve had!

Sierra was exceedingly honest, kind, and helpful in resolving both past and current issues we had with our collar. Most of the time, the Halo collar has been a blessing to our family, whether we are home or traveling. We continue to recommend this collars to others. There is some room to improve in its functionality in shallow water conditions, but overall it is a terrific piece in keeping our beloved furry friends safe.

We are thrilled to hear this and so happy that your pup is safe with Halo!
Sierra B. Was very polite and knowledgeable about the Halo collar. If this review was only about her doing her job it would be five stars. I've only had the collar under a week and this was my first time using the dog park. I accidentally gave my dog static correction while we were playing when I intended to send a whistle because the highest correction level icon is right next to the whistle and I was asking if the buttons could be rearranged. Unfortunately they can't be on my end. Hopefully Halo will take this input and update the app to make this less likely to happen by rearranging the icons or separating the encouragement and correction icons between two different screens. Overall, I am very pleased with the collar so far. As with most things there is room for improvements.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We are happy to hear that we could assist you and that you are enjoying Halo!
Halo has been very responsive. I had a collar that was not tracking and after much ado they sent a replacement. The replacement works in every regard except there are NO lights working on it. They are now sending another replacement. Their understanding of my continued frustration has been appreciated.
