I can't trust the company, there are too many problems. They do not accept customer service or inquiries.

Upon receiving the returned product, it was evident that the device had been extensively used and was in a significantly deteriorated condition. Despite this, we proceeded with your request for a refund and issued a full reimbursement. We take pride in providing top-quality products and outstanding customer service. In cases where customers are dissatisfied with their purchase, we strive to resolve any issues promptly and fairly. However, we also expect our customers to adhere to our return policy, which clearly states that items must be returned in their original condition.
Product does not work at what bits suppose to do. Don’t waste your money.

Devise didn't work for what I needed it for, when I went to return, I couldn't.

It no longer produces steam after about 6 months of twice daily use. It has been inconsistent in steam production, sometimes working as advertised, but more often failing to deliver steam to both eyes at the same time. At best, it is for occasional use, not therapeutic relief of dry eye disease.

I bought the watch as advised for my mom.I wrote them e mail if it will work for copd they said YES. After those months it didn't change the situation. That's when I wrote again guess what the copd was not on their list. Don't trust any thing they say.it might work for BP and Diabetes but not for everything.What a waste of my money. Thank you for nothing.

I asked is this watch also working for COPD OUR RESPONSE: Sent: Mon 7/10/2023 9:49 AM Hi, Thank you for your inquiry. The watch is mainly used for blood-related symptoms only. It is widely used for Sinus, ears, and throat too using probes.
I've quite a bit of neck pain over the years from my time in the Army. I use to get injections, pop my neck, and take pain meds, but that was temporary. The Neck Care device is a game changer, and boy it has made a difference!
