I was in contact with Cynthia from the beginning, and she was very helpful throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, there was an issue with my original custom box order. The first boxes were not functional because they could not properly close, which meant I wasn’t able to use them for my products. After communicating the issue, the team worked with me to find a solution and sent me a replacement order, which I really appreciated. The boxes from the second order were functional and closed properly, which was one of the most important things for me since I needed packaging that I could actually use for my products. The design was also generally what I had chosen. However, I did notice some inconsistencies in the background printing—some boxes had a more muted/opaque background, while others were brighter. Because of this, not all of the boxes look exactly the same. Delivery and response times can be slow, so I would recommend keeping that in mind when ordering. However, I do want to highlight the customer service. Even though communication sometimes took longer than expected, Cynthia and the team were ultimately helpful and effective in resolving the problem. At the end of the day, I received a replacement order with boxes that were functional, closed properly, and had the custom design I selected. Despite the issues along the way, I appreciate that the company took responsibility for the problem and provided a solution.
