I bought the two bottles and with the first bottle I took 4 a day. After the first bottle I have been taking 2 a day. I have noticed a difference. I tried this product before but it did nothing. Once I realized my statin that I was taking was causing most of my pain I went off of it. I started to feel so much better and decided to give it another go. Glad I did,

I’ve only been taking this 1 1/2 months. The company suggests giving it 3 months to get the full effects. So I’m excited & hopeful that I will have really great results after taking it 3 months.

I really realize this is probably good for me, but I am still waiting for pain relief from my arthritis. I started September 2. I’m taking two twice a day.

The order went very smooth however I haven’t had a chance to take them consistently due to emergency issue. I’ll have to start them and use a symptom diary.

It's been just one week of taking Haha Life Omega 3 and my joint pain gone but still a little stiff so I will continue to take to see if stiffness will improve also and then update my post with a 5 star rating; I'm sure.
