Jim Walker, The Hack Repair Guy is an actual real-life super hero🦸🏻‍♂️ Seriously. I was locked out of both of my websites because both had been hacked. After HOURS...seriously, hours spent trying to get help from my hosting and malware protection providers - I began researching other solutions. And that's when Jim Walker, The Hack Repair Guy appeared - just in the nick of time. Within an uber short period of time, I was back online! He even sent me a very detailed report on what had happened, the repairs he made, and suggestions on how to improve my site's security. And then, he called me by phone to go over his report - making sure I understood everything. Seriously, superhero stuff. Exceptional customer service! Scary problem 100% resolved. If you're in a pickle - Jim's your hero!

Wow, what a great experience. I won't say it was worth it to get my site hacked and need to be rescued by a professional, but since this did happen, I feel very fortunate to have found Jim and HackRepair. I couldn't imagine a smoother experience. His calm, patient competence made it much more painless than I expected. Highly recommended!

Wow. Great service, affordable and quick. Jim was great to work with. I am mildly tech savvy (have done a bit of front end coding) but when I found out that the home directory of my hosting account, where I host multiple websites, had been compromised and had infected all sites, I was really overwhelmed and had no idea where to start. When it first happened, I paid hundreds of dollars and spent countless hours on the phone with my web host and even after that, the problem popped up again 3 months later (the actual issue had not been directly addressed) All sites down and account flagged for malware. I was at my whits end. After doing a bit more research beyond the 'malware cleaning service' companies, I came across Jim's website and called him directly. Phone was answered immediately and after a quick educational discussion (very informative and willing to help educate) had 6 websites cleaned and functioning within a few hours. I am so impressed and so happy to had found his services (wish that I had done so in the first place)

Reliable and efficient that is jim. Keep it up

Jim is an absolute legend. He's courteous, efficient and above all does a great job! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for website security help.

Great honest work. A breath of fresh air to be able to talk to someone local on the phone

I am simply blown away by how quick and painless it was to work with Jim. My website had been hacked, and I had absolutely no clue how to fix it. Jim resolved the problem within a day, and now my website is back up and running beautifully. What a great resource! Carilyn Johnson

When I switched to a new webhost my site was taken down due to malware. My old host never detected it. This was on a Sunday and I searched frantically to find someone to remove the malware. I found Jim and he contacted within hours. His price was fair. He started work immediately and kept me updated. By the next day he had the issue resolved and even contacted the host to get them to restore my website. As it is a business this was obviously crucial. Through the entire process he was always available and let me know in detail each step that was taken. His services are invaluable.
