Can I give this company 10 stars out of 5? Seriously, this is the second time I've worked with Jim and his company. His responses to my inquiries have been immediate. He just answers right away, comprehends the problem, goes to it and spends as long as it takes to fix it. At the same time, he does his best to save me money. I had purchased an email address from GoDaddy, my domain, and they were going to charge me US$160 for two years. This would, of course, be an ongoing charge, and I live in Canada, so that was about $219 for me, give or take. Jim said don't do it. He encouraged me to go back to GoDaddy to get a refund and sold me a $50 one-time fee domain email address that we needed to fix the Contact Us form on my website. Jim is the best. I highly recommend him, and I'm sure his team is equally high-quality and caring. He did everything to make this experience smooth, even when it became very frustrating with the back and forth with GoDaddy.

JIM IS AMAZING!!!!I just want to take a moment to express my immense appreciation for Hackrepair.com. The week before I found Jim and used his services was unbelievably stressful. My business email domain's Microsoft two-factor authenticator had been compromised by hackers, and even GoDaddy's top IT team couldn't fix it. But then Jim came to the rescue and successfully retrieved my business email. I can't even put into words how relieved I am, as I thought my business email was lost for good, and my domain was in jeopardy despite having security measures in place. AHHHHH!!!!! My SITE GOT HACKED!!!!!!!! STEP 1: My big hosting site was no help. After 5 days of kids poking around, they recommended to use company XYZ. STEP 2: Spend a day calling XYZ. I called... and called... and called.. phone just kept ringing. STEP 3: I searched the internet and called the Hack Repair Guy (Jim) who not only answered the phone on the second ring, but proceeded to repair my site right over the phone with me. RESULT: Site back up in less than 2 hours!!!! Jim and his team have been very helpful throughout the process of removing malware from my six websites, on 11 March, the day I discovered that my hubby's website link on the search engines for his Bedazzled event at Hebden Bridge Picturehouse was now linking to a porn site. As soon as I got in touch with Hack Repair, Jim was straight onto identifying where the hackers had placed their malware and he emailed me very frequently. I now host my websites with TVCNet, and it's faster, reliable, and secure because I have all six websites on a reseller hosting plan. I had numerous issues with plugins and themes while at Bluehost, but they are all fixed since moving to this host. Prior to this, Jim highlighted to me how vulnerable shared hosting packages are, and I had no idea. I had set up about fourteen websites through Bluehost during my time there, and never experienced any issues, but I also did not know how vulnerable I was setting myself up for a hack attack, and the scum bags got in. I thought the pricing was fair for the malware removal, which covered three websites and then additional costs for additional websites. I must be honest and say that I have been a very stressed customer toward Jim on several occasions, due to my mental illness, but Jim has been courteous and very helpful to me, when he could have told me to take a hike. He is the better human being for putting up with my outright impatient behaviour at times. I highly recommend Jim @ Hack Repair for removing malware fast, and TVCNet for hosting your websites. Any questions I have are answered very quickly, and I'm confident with relying on Jim and TVCNet for my websites for the future.

Can't say enough about Jim, his service and the time he saved us. For three months, we tried SiteLock with no results. Maybe they can help block malware but SiteLock could not clean out anything existing. Reached out to Jim @ HackRepair and it's like he knew, before looking at our website, what was wrong with it. He didn't oversell his services but was confident in what he could do. My only regret is that we didn't find Jim and HackRepair sooner.

My clients Wordpress site got hacked with Japanese characters. I was locked out of the admin entirely. Kept calling places who fix stuff but none answered or returned my call. Found Jim from a website post and reached out to him. He was able to restore the website and remove any bad files injected by this hacker. Did it within 4-5 hours and under $300. Jim did a wonderful job. His calm and capable demeanor was so helpful and his work was quick and reliable. I have him on a monthly retainer in case another hack should occur. It took my frustration to a relaxed state with him in control.
