Knowledgable salesperson. Good service. Prompt and professional delivery. Happy with the experience.

The manager of the store was extremely helpful picking out the appropriate equipment I needed and ordering the supplies necessary!!!

From the purchase to the installation, the Team at Gym Source was superior.

The service at Gym Source was wonderful. The sales person, Nigel, is very knowledgeable of the equipment. The servicing team was professional and on time. I found some weird noise from the new equipment. They immediately made the appointment to install the replacement part. I am very happy with my purchase. And I recommended my friend to the Nigel as well

I was not impressed with the delivery and service department.

Went on Presidents Day weekend and got a great deal on a treadmill. Salesperson was helpful without being pushy. The place was also very understanding of us having to have our children with us when browsing. Delivery and installation went smoothly and they took the time to answer all my questions. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I have purchased multiple items from the Gym Source in Cherry Hill and have always been impressed with their knowledge of the equipment and fitness suggestions. Only once, was I disappointed. This was concerning a piece of equipment, it's delivery, and it's installation. BUT, once the problem was called out, the store manager AND a rep from Corporate did everything in their power to correct the issue, to my great satisfaction. Great store, great staff, great corporate support!!!
