I would recommend Gym Source to anyone looking to purchase a high quality piece of gym equipment. Their customer service team was helpful, informative and delivery/assembly was fast and a pleasure to deal with. I will definently look to Gym Source to purchase again.

Gym Source offered the best price on True Fitness treadmills. I did most of my treadmill research online so my questions for staff were minimal. However, all questions were answered sufficiently. When I did arrive at the showroom and started looking at a higher end treadmill I wasn't pushed in that direction. I was warned about high pressure sales, but experienced none. The delivery team was excellent and removed my old treadmill. The process from purchase to delivery was excellent.

Had a great experience and help while purchasing equipment for my home gym. Almost 3-4 months after I have purchased the equipment, there is no signs of breaking down.

As a gym rat BEFORE I became a CPT, I would always come in and have my questions answered concisely by the knowledgeable staff. The West 52nd Street location, managed by Nigel Anderson, is my go to spot and Mr. Anderson is my go to guy. He has sold me everything from machine pins (all three standard types), ab wings, leg cuffs (full leather - ahhh), DBs, Polar's new A300 model and even tricep pushdown bars and cable ropes. Everything is top quality, gym quality. Gym managers themselves are jealous because I bring my OWN equipment! Why not carry the BEST?

I was thinking of buying a second 50 lb kettlebell, to start to work on double kettlebell skills. I was able to walk into the Framingham Gym Source, try out the bells, and walk out with what I was looking for.
