My experience was very good troughout the entire process.

My experience was great, the service was first class, the employee was knowledgeable and give pointed and relative suggestions. But the inventory was a little lacling, I needed 80 and 100lbs dumbells. As an impulse buyer I purchase what I see having to order and wait is a little negative to me.

I have been purchasing products from Gym Source for more than 20 years. I have been consistently satisfied with every element of the service over that time.

Very helpful store staff, as I had been looking for the "right" equipment for quite some time, but didn't want to overpay. Sales rep (Chuck, also a trainer), continued periodic store and warehouse searches for good deals, until I came across the unit that fit the bill (features, size, price). Delivery crew also did a very nice job, as they were timely and careful with both hauling away of old treadmill and set to of new arc trainer, in very tight basement space.

I love my machines ..a recumbent bike and new zero gravity . The problem is the availability of parts..they come in wrong or malfunctioning . Then there has to be another service call and another 4 hour window. So inconvenient!

Awesome source of a variety of gym supplies and the people are super helpful.
