I have been working with Guestables since February 7, 2020, and my experience with them has been nothing short of outstanding. From the very beginning, they have demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, reliability, and care. They truly work with me as a partner, always keeping my best interests and the protection of my home as a top priority. Guestables consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the right guests are placed in my property, which has given me complete peace of mind over the years. They are extremely knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing every aspect of the hosting process. Whenever I have questions or concerns, they are always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and thoughtfully, and their response time is incredibly fast. What truly sets them apart is how approachable and friendly they are while maintaining a very high level of professionalism. They are easy to work with, transparent, and genuinely care about both the homeowner and the guest experience. Knowing that my home is in such capable and trustworthy hands has made hosting stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend Guestables to anyone looking for a dependable, professional, and attentive Airbnb management team. They have exceeded my expectations in every way and continue to do so year after year.

This property management company had been renting, cleaning and handling all maintenance for my apartment since 2019. I’m still using them and plan to use them for the next 30 years. They have the best customer service and always go out of their way to meet your needs. 10/10

The view of downtown and Mount Rainier from the kitchen and deck is spectacular. On top of that, we got to see the full moon rise over downtown every night. It was amazing. The location is great. Near Fuji, bakery, Queen Anne, and Ballard are just minutes away with all kinds of wonderful food and shopping opportunities. You can walk over the hill to Albertsons and the neighborhood shopping area, where there's coffee and restaurants. The hill above the house has a magnificent view of downtown and Mount Rainier and is also a good place for children to play. The house itself is wonderful with plenty of room for your entire family and friends to hang out. Large enough to be the gathering place for your family if they're staying in different locations in the city. It had a great gym which my sons spent hours every day in working out, and the pinball machine was very popular as well. Bathrooms are great with plenty of water pressure in the shower. Lots of windows and views. Five stars.

Amazing stay

Stayed at their flat in 14 York street, Toronto. Can't express how good we felt. Communication was always quick and helpful. Issues were sorted right away. Great hosts, to say the least. Will definitely consider them again, next time I am in YTO. Thanks for this wonderful experience.

Thank you so much for this great stay in your apartment, for all your little attentions and for writing to us throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. You are super attentive hosts 🫶 I really recommend your apartment to anyone traveling to Toronto. Close to everything. Easy to access and even for the keys to the apartment, or any other information. You are people who really care about your travelers. Great work from you. Thank you for everything.

House was perfect for our family of 6! Clean, spacious and in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo was the perfect place to stay while attending a concert at the Rodger’s centre. We found all the beds to be very comfortable. The host very responsive and friendly. Would absolutely book here again!
