My customer service rep was extremely helpful and kind couldn't have had a better experience given the circumstances.

I initially worked with Michael who was absolutely friendly and respectful. This is a terrible situation for me and he was very patient with my questions and even emailed me a form my state DMV did not provide. My contact now is Danielle and she was really patient with all of my questions as well. My only negative is that installation took 6 hours! Apparently, the interlock facility was not given instructions for 2016 cars. So frustrating for me and the facility.

I spoke with a Caroline thinking I was speaking with a representative from lifesafer. I never once mentioned I was looking for a guardian product. She went along the the conversation posing as lifesafer rep and even encourage using a lifesafer coupon. Guardian was not brought to my attention until I was at the installer. Since it was a Saturday I was not able to rectify the situation due to offices being closed. I was forced to put the guardian system in my vehicle. I have had the situation rectified at my expense having the non user friendly guardian system removed from my vehicle. I believe guardian is an advocate for deceptive and misleading practices.
