Except for the last person I talked to, I talked with people who were so nice and willing to go out of their way to try and find the earliest appt for me. They did all the hard work which was awesome

The young lady who helped me was great. She was very patient through a difficult time and helped answer my questions of which I had many.

Went to this location as they were the only available shop within a months time. The two guys behind the counter, Nate and Justin, just seemed like they hated life and mumbled the whole time while talking to me. I had questions about which foods were safe to eat and how many fails I was allowed and what happens if someone else is driving my car and they couldn't or wouldn't answer any of those questions! Another customer in the waiting room heard me asking and was able to give me all those answers. Very poor customer service.

The employee who answered the call was very nice and polite also very helpful. Haven't had the interlock installed yet so can't give any star's out.
