I had called a couple different companies to compare prices and location. The customer service with this company is outstanding. Both times I called they were very friendly and very helpful! This company is not the closest to my location but chose it due to the customer service I received along with the reasonable price!

Everyone at Guardian was super helpful, but I was unsuccessful with the product and could NOT do the blow, bow and hum, inhale. I am a 61 year old woman who never smoked and who has never been told that I have diminished lung capacity, but after 5 plus hours of trying, I had to have the unit uninstalled. I am still waiting for a refund from them and from Life Safer, as I couldn't do the Life Safer unit, either. LW

Tawanda answered all my questions and was fast and efficient in scheduling an appointment for me. She gave me info above and beyond what I would consider to be the minimum requirement and was extremely polite and patient.

I spoke with Tawanda yesterday morning and was more than happy with the service she provided. This is a new experience for me and I had no idea what the process to have this done is.
