I’m giving one star solely because the reps I talked to were helpful. Handset went out. Had to pay for a tow (the rep said I couldn’t bring only the handset in) I then was told to email receipt and wait 7-10 days for refund. This happened 3.30.2021. Today is 4.12.2021

Mrs. Sheila was very professional. She answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner & she went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. She was very understanding & wanted to make sure she answered everything correctly. I would have to say she is one of the most respectfully persons I have dealt with in a long time. She made my night!!!!!!

It's very easy to operate and glad I can take it out of my vehicle and take it inside but the warm up time takes a long time to be able to blow in it so I can start my vehicle. But other than that it's not bad.

I’ve been trying to get an outstanding balance corrected. I talked to someone over a week ago. I was told someone would get back to me within a couple of days. I’m still waiting. Guardian is ncorrectly charging me and I’m trying to rectify the situation. No one will take responsibility and contact me regarding this error.
