I can't recommend GTPlayer at all. I should have realized based on how cheap the chair was it was not good quality. One of my arm rest starting fraying after just a year. Emailing the company, they told me it was out of warranty. Their website said it came with a 2 year warranty but only if you wrote a review. They told me if I wrote one now, they would honor the warranty. I gave them 3 stars because of the poor-quality armrest. Then they emailed me back saying I needed to change the rating to 5 stars to get the extended warranty. When I threatened to drop the rating to 1 star because they were trying to bribe me, they quickly changed their tone. Now to make matters worse, the replacement armrest they sent me isn't even the same one that my chair had originally. (different size holes, different material) so either they changed the material/manufacture process, or they are completely incompetent in sending the wrong armrest.

Purchased a chair from GTPLAYER via their Amazon store on February 28th 2026. Within the first 30 days of owning this chair (used for about 3 weeks) the seams on the seat pad had begun to split apart - the chair is made from a linen type of fabric that has a loose weave, it IS NOT an upholstery fabric and there has been no reinforcements added to the selvage edge and the seams have been cut short so the weave is literally pulling apart from the seams. GTPLAYER offered to send me a replacement seat pad, so I accepted and waited for two weeks - Nothing. I contacted them again, they said the first replacement seat pad was dirty/damaged so they did not send it to me, but hadn't yet sent out another replacement, assured me it would be sent as priority. Another week passes with no contact so I request a return for either a replacement or refund. GTPLAYER state they will give me a £6 partial refund and I keep the chair OR I accept a replacement without a return and forfeit their "warranty" which I accept, being as a warranty is basically aftercare and doesn't supersede the UK consumer rights act 2015. The new chair arrived at the end of April, approximately 2 months after the first chair. I build and use the chair, within a week the new chair is splitting along the exact same seams as the first chair. I re-contact GTPLAYER to let them know that this chair is also defective, their response in part was; "As we agreed previously, we already made a special exception to send you a full new chair replacement as a one-time goodwill solution, with no further after-sales service to be provided." (Literally a replacement for a faulty item is basic UK consumer law, not a "special exception") I got Amazon involved who confirmed that under UK law I would still be eligible for a return & refund and Amazon contacted them to tell them to send me return labels. Their response was that all of their products undergo complete factory quality inspection before shipment (the issue isn't the complete item it's that the fabric isn't appropriate for a seat) and that after a period of sitting it's normal for the fabric to relax and the seams to become loose (the seams are not loose they have completely failed, GTPLAYER have MULTIPLE photos of this!) They are still refusing the return/refund, but have now offered me £12 compensation! I'm looking into upholstery fabrics that look similar to the fabric used on the chair and in fabric alone to fix this issue it will be £24 that is before any work is done. So I now have two chairs, one, I've had since 28th February, one since the end of April, both of them now in May have failed at the seams on the seat and GTPLAYER seem to think this is "normal". I will say, the chairs themselves are super comfortable but they look awful not that the seams on the seats are tearing apart, and GTPLAYER just don't care.

I recently brought a chair off Amazon in February. And in March I started having issues. I reached out to Amazon about the issue and was told to contact GT player since the chair was still under one year warranty. I contacted GT player sent them videos and pictures of the chair rocking from side to side. After GT player reviewed the videos and pictures they agreed that something was wrong with the chair.I was then told to put a smaller family member in the chair and see if the issue continues. Which at this point I got irritated because the chair is rated for my weight. After I explain that, I was offered a $15 gift card from Amazon and to keep the chair which I declined.

I purchased a racing chair as a Christmas present. When opened it had damage and an empty pack of screws. I had to buy my own to make the chair. There was a lot of scratch marks On the metal frame. I complained to the company and they were very dismissive and dishonest. It was clearly second hand but I paid full price for a new one. Shocking customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE DODGY AND UNRELIABLE.

Never purchase from this incompetent joke of a company , you will regret it. Tried to purchase a Gaming chair in black friday sales. Was sent a tracking number and all seemed ok. Until my package did not move for weeks which in itself is not a major issue and i understand these things happen. Unfortunately you will then have to deal with the most incompetent, disinterested joke of a customer service i have had the misfortune of encountering. You will have to repeat yourself over and over again as they seem to lack basic understanding and comprehension. Your time will be wasted the issue will not be solved and the whole ordeal will feel like banging your head against a wall. This is still an ongoing issue i have had to send about 10 messages explaining the same thing over and over and got into a chat on the website in all honesty it feels so incompetent that it feels intentional. 3 weeks have passed since i paid this company for what should have been a simple transaction and still i have not received my item and will not for at least a further 1-2 weeks meaning over a month delivery time through no fault of my own with zero understanding sympathy or urgency from this absolute joke of a company and its disgraceful customer service. I am now trapped in this transaction as i do not have the time to find an alternative and have been caused to miss reduced prices in the blackfriday sales elsewhere where my custom would have actually been appreciated and my purchase fulfilled in a timely manner. This company does not respect its customers time or money and will actively waste your time and feels zero responsibility to actually provide a paying customer with what they paid for. One of the worst companies i have ever had the misfortune of purchasing from DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID , PURCHASE FROM A COMPETITOR THIS COMPANY AND ITS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST PLAIN INCOMPETENT AND ARE UNABLE TO FULFILL A SIMPLE TRANSACTION. Garbage company, garbage customer service dont waste your time and money with this brand i will never again purchase anything from this laughably bad company again, they have ensured that with this drawn out joke of a transaction.

Purchased one of their rigs off Amazon in August 25.. didn't open the boxes until end of September 25 . I found thIs very hard to get in and out of even with chair back as far as possible it was difficult . I have a medical condition, this also preventing me using the rig. Plus it isn't designed for tall people ... So I tried to refund and explained my situation, i was told the one month period was up but .. they would refund £15 of a £249 rig... Insult!!! I then escalated it to Amazon to which they put in a claim. This was a complete nightmare !! was also told from Amazon that it would be sorted and I would get my refund. 9 days later after amounts of be reassured you will get your refund and lies and being longer than the 7day period quotes it was ment to be sorted plus an extremely long customer service chat where I was cut off as I didn't want to wait anymore and I wanted my refund .. they denied the claim. I can do another claim but would have to wait 30 days for an answer ... I would avoid at all costs as this discrimates people and even people with a disability.. terrible company who will not listen or help you out. If I could rate it half a star or no stars I would. Can see why the ratings are so low please read ratings before your purchase from this company ..it may save you alot of hassle! extremely unsatisfactory !!!! Update 18th November they denied me again with the appeal .. they said the information wasn't accepted .. so whoever's reading this avoid !!!!!

Ordered a walking pad in January, a few months later it stopped working. A lot of back and forth with the company and they finally sent me a replacement in October. It’s been delivered today and is completely damaged! Definitely not a new replacement!!

I purchased this gaming chair less than a year ago and I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the product and the customer service. After only a short time, the gas lift cylinder failed, which means that the backrest no longer locks into place, making the chair almost unusable. For a product in this price range (around €200), I would have expected much greater durability. Even more frustrating was the way customer service handled the issue. Instead of offering a proper repair or replacement under warranty, I was told to remove the gas lift myself and replace it with a new one. I find it completely unacceptable to be asked to carry out such repairs on a product that is still under warranty. After repeated follow-ups, I was eventually offered a refund of €30. Considering that the chair is broken and cannot be used at all, this so-called “solution” is laughable and completely insufficient. Overall, I am deeply dissatisfied. The chair is of poor quality and the customer service is neither solution-focused nor customer-friendly. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend products from GTplayer and I will certainly never order any from them again.
