Unfortunately, most of our vendors do not take returns on special order material and in reviewing your order, the material you purchased was a non-stock special order item. Hi Lynn - we apologize that you did not have enough material. Since we do not install the material, we normally leave the calculation up to the installer since they know the particulars of the job. We will make sure to mention to all our Design Sales Consultants to mention that upon order entry and confirm the amounts have allowed for cutting and layout.

There are certain items including sale or discontinued items that we do not take back if we no longer have that material in stock. We hope you will give us another chance on your next project.
