Company is a wreck
The sale clerk was awesome. However, the company's ability to track the orders and get the supplies in on time is a wreck!!!! Customer service dealing with lost orders is also in shambles. Told when they find it they'll let me know. What happens if they never find it? Wasted valuable time, they should have reordered as soon as they knew there was a problem. Never did use the grout, went somewhere else!!!!

We hear you John and appreciate the candor. This should have never happened and we are truly sorry it happened to you. GST is immediately taking a hard look at our processes and an instant improvement will be in place! We hope you'll give us another chance to demonstrate our dedication to service and we invite you to share any further commentary to [email protected].
