Update: Mark, our customer support team mentioned that you create a ticket Saturday after opening the box that stated "Two of the plants arrived out of the soil with that was in the plastic containers, stems were bent as well. I'm going to try to see if they can be saved...but, don't have too much hope." Was this two plants with issues or all of them? There was also mention of them being incorrect varieties in your message. I did leave you a phone message and an email but have not hear back yet. Please let me know how to proceed. Joe Mark, this is not at all what we expect on delivery. Please accept my apologies that it happened to you. Also, we guarantee our plants to arrive in great condition, so we will take care of this with you. I have personally left you a voice mail and emailed you. I look forward to your reply.
