Thanks for sharing your experience! 🦊🦖🦝 It’s great to hear your sibling had success with their T-Rex and Raccoon—those are some awesome picks! We understand your concern about the image similarity with LOLGA. Just to clarify, GrowAGardenPet.com is a separate platform, and based on recent reviews, it’s been described as legit, safe, and even more affordable by some users2. They’ve received positive feedback for fast delivery and reliable service, with most orders completed in just a few minutes. Still, it’s always smart to stay cautious when shopping online. If you ever feel unsure, reaching out to their support team directly can help ease any worries. Wishing you a smooth and scam-free Red Fox adventure! 💖🌱 Support Team

Hi, Thanks for your feedback—we understand your concern and want to help clarify things. We assure you this is not a scam. Our platform supports secure debit and credit card payments, and we use 3D Secure (3DS) verification to ensure every transaction is properly authorized by your bank. If your payment failed, it may be due to missing 3DS authentication, high device risk flagged by your bank, or bank settings that block certain types of online transactions. We never charge your card unless the transaction is authorized. If your bank didn’t notify you, it’s possible the payment was declined before it reached the authorization stage. For added security and success, we recommend trying to place your order from another device or browser. We're happy to support you through the process—please feel free to reach out directly and we’ll guide you every step of the way. Your safety and satisfaction are our priorities!
