This place is a scam, they steal your money and do not honor pets. I paid for 4 pets on the 13th only to log in a ton of times to be told sorry canndiekidd we are missing your pets. I tried again today and was told pets delivered. I have received nothing and the worst part all of their emails are fake and there is no way to get a refund. I would not recommend using this website and I am reporting this to Roblox and my bank as well as reporting cyber crimes and the police for theft.

I had the exact same experience as another reviewer. We were kept waiting for hours, with my son stuck to the screen on his birthday hoping for his pet — in our case, a raccoon. We were added to private servers multiple times, only to be disconnected before receiving anything. On top of that, they even sent me a fake screenshot of a “trade” that never happened, which makes it clear this is a deliberate scam. I also wasted time in their chat, being reassured I’d be re-friended “later,” but of course it never happened. The end result? A disappointed child, no pets, no refund — just a huge scam. Please avoid them at all costs. still waiting ...

Hi Pixelrowlandz, we're truly sorry to hear about your experience—especially on your child's birthday. We understand how important these moments are and regret any frustration caused. We’ve checked our records and attempted to gift the pet to the Roblox user Pixelrowlandz multiple times, but the gift request was never accepted. Without acceptance, the delivery cannot be completed. Could you please confirm if Pixelrowlandz is the correct Roblox username? If not, kindly reach out to our support team in the shop or email us at [email protected] so we can verify and arrange the delivery properly. We’re here to help and want to make this right.
We have been waiting more than two hours, my son glued to the screen to get his birthday racoon. We have been added to a private server three times and been disconnected before receiving our pets. Ive also been in the chat for over an hour, and they have reassured me that I will be re-friended 'later'. So I have a disappointed birthday child tonight, and concern that I've been scammed. It's a shame as it puts me off ever being persuaded into this kind of sale.
