Bought some "industrial" nitrile gloves that ended up being super light duty 4mm gloves. A complete misrepresentation and rip-off! Of course they are not returnable and they charged $20 in shipping. Be prepared for more rip offs like this during this crisis as people try to make money off other peoples suffering.

Customer service sucks, they hung up on me while i was waiting and my order hasn't arrived. Cheaper to order what you need off amazon.

Growace decided to swap an item I ordered with a similar item and hope I didn't notice? When I contacted support to get the right item, they let me know I was "upgraded" to a different item, and if I wanted a refund I could send it back. The "upgraded" item comes up for half the price on amazon which is the first link when you google the product. The product they actually sent me, is not even listed on their website. Amazing

Horrible customer service and products I spent a lot of money and was still strung along and never got problems resolved

Bought a 900$ kit. Almost everything broke by the end of the first grow. Absolute trash. Customer service did nothing because it was past warranty...didn't even get thru 1 grow everything just falling apart from normal use.

I dont see how this site is still operating!!! Complete fraud. It's a cash grab don't waste your money or time.
