Gold Seal Ground SchoolsReviews of groundschool.com

Gold Seal's ground school courses have been the best investments I've made in my flight training journey. I have used their Private, Instrument and Commercial courses, and was able to score above 90% on all three written tests. The visuals, the interactive nature, and the depth of knowledge/level of detail that Russ and the team present is second to none. When I meet someone who's interested in aviation, I always tell them to use Gold Seal--even if they already have a ground school--because it's just that good. Thanks!!

I used this to complete my CAX-ASEL written exam and still use it as a refresher for the checkride maneuvers. All the visual aids and practice exams were a huge help for the written too. In addition, I paid full price for this right before Thanksgiving and then once they held the Black Friday deal they still went back and discounted me the $99 off which was very nice of Russ and his team. I definitely recommend this ground school.

It was a great course and I really enjoyed Russ Still and his teaching methods.

The teaching was in depth and had pause points allowing you to really memorize the material. Everything was easy to understand and retain!

Gold Seals program made it easy to grasp and understand the information needed for me to prepare for my IFR written exam.

I've done both my instrument and commercial ground schools through Gold Seal and generally recommend it to anyone who is looking at getting a rating. The lessons are laid out in a manner that allows you to approach them in multiple sittings, easy to come back to for reference, and cover all the topics very well. Each course also comes with a study guide to reference topics from time to time and cover topics that may have slipped over time.

I really enjoyed using Gold Seal’s Private Pilot Ground School. The instructors were clear, the animations made difficult concepts understandable and the great summaries helped pull everything together. The course was easy to use and the progress report helped me stay on track and finish before my personal deadline. I felt well prepared for my Knowledge Test and passed with an above average score! Thank you Gold Seal!

I love the in-depth review of all topics, as well as the blend of visual and interactive content. I feel over prepared for the written exam after each course I take through Gold Seal!!
