Great product use them for years highly recommend

I can see how if you have big, meaty hands this might not work for you. I have MEDIUM hands and this is great. I HATE lifting gloves, and this gives me just enough coverage and cushion (like the pad on the squat machine bar that protects your neck) that I can use for presses and lets me grip harder without pain or callouses on my hands. I wish it covered my thumb a bit more when I wrap my hands all the way around a dumbbell, but hey, then it wouldn't be a pad then would it?

Overall the pad was great, just not made for someone with big hands.

I have big hands for a woman. I hate regular gloves as they are hard to find them big enough to fit and they are extremely remove after a workout and they stink after a short time. GRIPADS solve all those problems. Easy on/off, great fit and they never smell.

This Gripads are awesome. Very convenient and for the price a must have in the gym bag. I really recommend them.

I have used Grip Pads for two years now and have given them as gifts to friends. They are great, easy to use, and have lasted. I love them.

I got the grip pads because someone at the gym recommended them. I had been using old padded biking gloves. I have eczema and the gloves would make my hands break out. I also had slipping with regular gloves when I would do burpees, mountain climbers, or planks. The GRIPAD solved all of those problems! I can protect the palms of my hands, my skin is able to breathe so no more skin irritation, and inbetween my weight training when i do interval cardio exercises, there is no slipping.
