I purchased a high end inflatable paddle board via phone order from out of state. This is my first SUP and a big purchase, so I was eager to get it right. Julian spent a relaxed half hour with me on the phone answering my many questions, carefully and clearly educating me in an unhurried manner. I called a second time with additional questions which Julian thoughtfully answered and I ordered the board. Since I was heading out on the road for vacation, Julian prioritized my shipment so it would be perfectly timed for me to pick it up at a stopover on the way to my destination. All went seamlessly. I then purchased an electric pump made by a different company from a different retailer, the only US company currently selling this brand new model. When I had trouble fitting the pump to the valve of my paddle board, Julian generously provided phone support to help me adapt the pump to my SUP even though he had no vested interest. And his solution was spot on. Finallly, Julian shipped my SUP with an included paddle and over two months later when a piece of hardware fell off the paddle, I sent Julian a photo and he immediately shipped out a replacement piece free of charge and provided detailed email support about how to install it on the paddle. As you can tell, I am a high maintenance customer. This is my first SUP and I wanted to get it right. Julian is amazing and I am certain there is no better company for paddling than Green Water.
