If you want superb customer service and a great price these are your guys! We had an issue with your Red Paddle Co. board and they took care of it ! They responded quickly to our emails and solved it right away.

One of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Our paddle board purchases got us out in the water and changed our summer. They even traveled to Mexico over Thanksgiving... Addictive!

Overall good experience with the company (Greenwater Sports) itself. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because I wish I would've been warned about the permanently attached tri fin system on my paddle board (I payed a pretty penny for a full paddle board bundle for sure). The way the fins are makes the paddle board favor going to the left so I'm constantly trying to combat it, even in no wake.

They answered several of my questions before I made my purchase. Shipping and product were great. They even handled a warranty with Red Paddle for me and I had a new board in no time
