It's my first time purchasing with Green Vista Living, and my experience has been awesome. Super prompt shipping, and the item was delivered within three days. Very happy with the fast service. Would love to do business with them again.

We already had a Horizon and love it! The Horizon we received is different, the handlebars are smaller diameter, the paint does not fade into the green it just abruptly changes at the folding point, and it came with no baskets, our first Horizon came with the front and rear baskets. Most of all I would like to understand why the difference in the diameter of the handlebars and the paint not fading like our other bike. Thank you.

Sales Support is very responsive. But buyer be-ware - once your order is placed, there's no one to talk to. Email support is dismissive.

Great price and willing to work with you. Shipping for the most part was fast, and the item showed up undamaged. The price was the lowest around and they offered free shipping.
