About Greencade

Greencade brand was literally founded because of one and only reason: create an unforgettable in-game experience for all the gaming communities. We are group of passionate gamers who have decided to bring their skills and knowledge together and pursue the dream of becoming the leading producer of gaming accessories and replicas in the world. That's why we decided that it would be an amazing idea to bring video games and movies to real-life by handcrafting them! Along the way, we've attracted thousands of people who are interested in video games and 3D prints.Well, 3D printing allows us to freely listen to your feedback and constantly improve our products as well as make custom designs. With full transparency, we have made mistakes, learned from them, made more again and improved again. We can never say that we are the best ones, but high-quality is definitely our first name. Our team creates items with special care for details and real authenticity.

I really can't describe how…

I really can't describe how unprofessional this company is. I sum it up: I ordered an item which will normally be shipped within 10 days, waited over 1 month, wrote an email and got the answer that its getting shipped at the end of 2024 (6 weeks after my purchase), wrote again an email 1 month later to remind you, which is obviously not my job and than it got shipped (waiting time 3 months!) 1 week agoI havent received the full product like described (missing LED, missing remote control, missing wall mount - pictures in my last email), you guys responded you will get back to me and now I waited again 1 week and still no respons. Now I got an answer without any excuse just telling me to send back the product to get the right one... haha that's crazy.

Hi Sandro], Thank you for your feedback, and I truly apologize for the experience you've had. I completely understand your frustration, and we never want to leave our customers feeling like they've been treated poorly. The return of a product to ensure you receive the correct one is a standard process for most eCommerce businesses, but I acknowledge that our communication in this case was below the level it should have been. We are sorry for the delay in getting back to you and the missing items in your order. That’s definitely not the standard we strive for, and we will be taking your feedback into consideration to improve our service moving forward. Our website does state that processing times can vary depending on the product, but the high volume of orders we received during the holiday season, far exceeding our expectations, led to delays that unfortunately affected many customers. We had a significant increase in sales, which caused a backlog, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused. Please know that we are doing our best to address these issues and appreciate your understanding during this busy period. We value your business and would be happy to work with you to resolve this situation. Thank you for your patience, Jonathan
