Servicing South, Central & North Florida, Greater Indianapolis, Greater Charlotte, Raleigh - Durham, San Antonio, and Greater Austin we're raising the bar for annual rental property management. For too long, property management has been something to endure, not enjoy. We’re taking a fundamentally different approach by questioning the norms of our industry and creating truly great outcomes for everyone involved. So property investors can thrive. So residents can love where they live. In everything we do, we want to change property investing and management for the greater.

Gracias!
Property Management just doesn't get any better. Period. For the last two years Great Jones has been my Tylenol. Very much unlike my previous property managers, Great Jones has provided me with great tenants, my rent is paid on time, and maintenance issues are handled quickly and the cost effectively. It has been exciting to watch this company grow due to their huge success. Congratulations to everyone on the Great Jones team!

My situation was much different than most seeing as Great Jones took over in the middle of my lease. Without getting into details, it was definitely rocky road working with GJ to say the least. However, once all was said and done I was very pleased with the outcome. Specifically, I was thrilled to have Jose helping me through it all. Without his help I would not have been able to give such a positive review. Much thanks again to Jose and the team that helped rectify a difficult matter.
