Your replacement remote is extremely difficult for a person who has little experience with this type of product. The pairing is time consuming let alone confusing. The programming, we’ll let me say I have yet been able to get it to accept my desired commands considering that there are absolutely no manual nor instructions of how to execute the commands. While your product is convenient to have, if your remote doesn’t work then a customer has no way to access and control the product. A reliable and clearly printed manual would have been better than having to look for information on the internet or ChatGPT. Unfortunately as we like and enjoy our purchase it is very unlikely that we would purchase again due to the lack of information provided by your company

The company had an error on their end and canceled my order and told me if I wanted it I needed to pay 4 times the original amount I had paid for!!!! Negative stars if I could
