Dear Frank, Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience. Unfortunately, due to increased shipping volume during the Prime Day period, Amazon's logistics has experienced unexpected delays with some shipments. We have been closely tracking your sample pack, and according to the latest tracking information, it is expected to be delivered tomorrow. Thank you for your patience and understanding. If your sample pack does not arrive as expected, please don't hesitate to contact us directly—we'll continue to follow up until everything is resolved. Best regards Graywind team
