Never sent my licens got charged 59$ Support not responding back only once. Big scam..

Worst form plugin ever, their customer support simply does not exist, no communication at all. Their non-working forms are ruining my customer's business. A customer of mine owns the Gravity Forms unlimited license (paid license) and some forms are not working properly (these forms were working just a few days ago). I contacted the customer support, but no reply after several days!

Horrible customer service and faulty product. I have been trying for weeks to get an integration working with Zapier, following their own user guide. When i reach out to get help I'm not even able to send a request due to the fact that a 3rd party agency did the integration way back. After trying to ask for help anyway I was abruptly cut off. When your own user guide is wrong maybe be a bit more humble? Just a friendly suggestion. Moved over to Google Forms with WP integration instead.

Needed a refund, have ignored all my emails for the last 40 days. Can't be bothered filing a dispute, as my bank makes it a hassle, but will leave this review here

We were hacked through your form and had to get rid of it

I am not sure what the difference from gravity form to contact forms is. I have both set up and they are both terrible at letting spam or seo marketing crap get Into my contact sheet.

You need to send my 2 years money back ASAP to my account those you have taken out from my account without my permission.

Buggy AF, not recommended for serious work. Support is horrible!
